Why should a 28 mpg SUV hybrid be allowed, but a
40mpg Focus or Matrix is forbidden? I disagree
with that notion. It seems bas-backwards.


Also, I grow tired of HOV lanes in N. Virginia
that are clogged with single-person hybrids.
What's the point of carrying my coworkers to
work, if the HOV lane is not moving?

... No such thing as a 40 mpg Focus or Matrix. The best Matrix EPA est is 36 mpg; the best EPA est on a Focus is 35 mpg. Gotta keep the group credible by...
