I live in CA and just ordered a 2005 Escape FWD Hybrid. He said his
allotment was two and I am number three. It is one of the largest in
SE CA so he thinks I will get delivery in Nov. I am hoping to hear
from anyone on info on these SUV's and getting info on build dates.
I hope to hear from someone who already has driven one or has one in
possession.

... You would need to tow it with the front wheels off the ground, or on a flatbed. With the front wheels down, you could cause the electric motors to overspin...
