An article in the Sunday Times ( UK ) yesterday, announced the arrival of a Citroen C3, Stop & Start, available at the end of the year.

This is apparently is a variation of the hybrids by Toyota & Honda

It has a belt driven generator & starter motor, using a 1.4 litre petrol engine with Citroen's electronically controlled SensoDrive gearbox.

The Stop & Start is expected to add about Ł 200 ( sterling ) to the cost of a C3.
