I'd recommend the Civic Hybrid. It has a more powerful engine (85hp)
that can handle the speeds you desire. Also, it's a lot simpler
design.

Check out the Honda-hybrid group, there you will a lot of info about the insight. I know many have posted messages about high speeds, I believe the big issue...
